Ok Folks, we got a ripper for you!! 80” Shovelhead Chopper with all the fixins. Free and clear title. For one donation of $88 you get one chance to win this love machine. 355 spots available, buy as many as you would like. Shipping in the continental US is included. Once all spots are filled we will go live on instagram to draw one lucky winner. As usual, we do not pull these numbers out of our ass. The cost is based on shop labor rates, parts/materials, etc. that are meticulously calculated. For a full cost breakdown see last two pics.
Bike is 100% fresh, with all work done in house. Motor and trans received the full treatment. Complete rebuild, balance and true on the flywheels. Every single bearing, and bushing was replaced, honed, lapped, or reconditioned. Top end rebuilt with +.030” pistons/rings. Heads rebuilt with all new valves, valve guides, and reconditioned rockers. No stone left un turned. 1980, 80” motor in a 1984 frame (title matches frame). Frame received the Gusher Hardtail service. Front end is a set of old narrow 41mm trees with evo era tubes and lowers that were fully shaved and rebuild. Front wheel is a timken star hub laced to a fresh rim. dual flange in back with GMA brake. Foot shift/ brake controls are 100% custom made out of 1018 steel with 1/4” heavy duty mount plates then chromed. Upsweep exhaust. Custom tall sissybar. Gusher 16” “Monkey Boi” handlebars with the 13 degree tilt. Polished BDL belt drive primary. Tons of small touches and custom fab throughout. Tin set is an OG Hap Jones tank, and repop wassel fender painted by Tony Sundell. Tony did the paint about 2 years ago but still looks beautiful. Pace Leather Seat. The list goes on.
