The Bike!
Against our normal tradition, we have left this one crusty. 1971 shovelhead 74”. 100% fresh build on the motor from the crank pin out, new or refurbished everything. All the good stuff. Transmission is a OEM ratchet top, fully rebuilt with a complete Andrews gear set. We wanted this one to show some age on the outside, but be spankin new on the inside. Lots and lots of tough guy custom cool. Custom shaved and rebuilt 35mm forks. Frame is a vtwin weld on to the oem shovel front loop. 21” ball spool front wheel with Avon speedster. Dual flange 16’ rear with new 270 shinko. Grimeca rear brake. Real leather custom cobra seat. Custom Stainless sissy bar. Wassel type British, old chrome rear fender. Repurposed old bullet light for taillight, guts replaced with a hardwired 1” LED cluster. OEM horseshoe oil tank. Gusher Oil lines, and oil filter mount. Custom painted Wassell gas tank. Handlebars made out of old twisted bars. Custom made one off exhaust. Custom made mid foot controls using oem right hydro break set up. The list goes on! Very solid ripper!
